Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holiday). All orders processed after 2:00pm SGT will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed on the following business day.  

For local shipping, delivery usually takes within 2-4 working days. Once our team has confirmed the orders, we will send out the tracking receipt to your email.
Depending on which zone you are located, DHL Express typically estimate to take between 2-5 working days to deliver your products to you. Once the item has been shipped out, we will send out the tracking receipt to your email. You can then track via the tracking number for a more accurate delivery schedule.

Please note that our shipping charges do not include import taxes, duties or customs fees. Deliveries outside Singapore may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of tax and duties in accordance with local authorities.

The shelf lives of our products are stamped on the product container and/or box packaging. For products that are not immediately and wholly consumed upon opening, the product needs to be finished within a certain period or number of months. The number of months is indicated by the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol and is displayed on the product container and/or box packaging. All our cosmetic containers have a special text entry box next to the PAO symbol for you to record the date of opening and label your initials.

All our box packaging and most of our product containers are recyclable as indicated by the recycling symbol.

Our products are a mixture of organic, natural and synthetic components.

For example, we may process and modify natural extracts in order to remove irritants or allergens, improving their safety and efficacy but also rendering non-organic.

Synthetic components may be more desirable than their natural counterparts. For example, hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in our skin and joints. It is also produced by many animals and certain bacteria. Traditional extraction from natural sources are extraction from rooster combs, which is an animal source and undesirable, or Streptococci bacteria, which are pathogenic (cause disease) and also undesirable. Thus recombinant or synthetic hyaluronic acid through engineered non-pathogenic bacteria is a safer more cost effective alternative.

Our two cosmetic products Enzyme Rescue and Brightening Angelica were developed to avoid two agents known to be unsafe in pregnancy, Retinol (Vitamin A) and Hydroquinone. Our actives in current concentrations are unlikely to be significantly absorbed systematically by the human body to be able to pose any risk to a developing baby. In general, hormonal changes can increase acne breakouts, photosensitivity and hyperpigmentation in many pregnant and breast-feeding women. For acne problems, we suggest to use Enzyme Rescue with gentle toners and cleansers. For hyperpigmentation concerns, it is recommended that you keep away from the sun, use mineral sunblock and whilst applying safe brightening products only at the areas of hyperpigmentation.

Our products are specially designed to regulate sebum production and not clog pores.

Our products are never tested on animals. However the actives we use have all been thoroughly researched and shown to be effective on humans and mammalian cells.
